Duties:
– Provide individualized tutoring to students of all ages and abilities, including those with special needs or learning disabilities.
– Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual students.
– Utilize a range of instructional strategies, including traditional teaching methods and innovative learning technologies.
– Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods as needed to ensure student success.
– Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement a comprehensive learning plan for each student.
– Use classroom management techniques to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred.
