Your Role

As our first Early Childhood Program Manager, you will be pivotal in launching our inaugural early childhood programs and partnerships. You will design and manage systems, tools, and resources to ensure the successful rollout of the program, support participant experiences, and foster strong partner relationships. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our first cohort of participants have a positive experience, achieve program goals, and are supported in their roles even after program completion.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 5+ years in early childhood education, including roles such as teacher, center director, or program administrator. Experience in coaching and developing ECE teachers, program design, and curriculum development is also important.

Skills: Proficiency with data collection and management tools, software, and technology (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft/Google suite). Experience in virtual presentations and meetings is required.

Preferred: Experience in teacher preparation or higher education, serving early childhood teacher candidates, and supporting PreK classrooms in various settings. Connections to local and statewide ECE partners are a plus.

Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with partners, including higher education institutions, CDA providers, workforce agencies, school districts, and community-based providers.

Program Design: Collaborate with partners to design high-quality programs that meet participants’ needs.

Participant Experience: Ensure a positive experience for participants through regular check-ins and additional support.

Coaching and Feedback: Provide coaching and feedback to program participants both virtually and on-site.

Data Systems: Create and maintain systems for record-keeping and data collection to ensure smooth program operations.

Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, engaging stakeholders and ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Communication: Create communication tools, such as presentations and reports, to share information with stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work with leadership and team members to ensure the successful launch and execution of early childhood programs and other projects.

Customer Service: Deliver excellent service to a diverse range of stakeholders.

Additional Duties: Support other projects and team members during peak periods.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $86,338 to $107,997, with additional benefits including health, vision, dental, and retirement plans.
