As a Programming Faculty , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in… various programming languages and technologies. You will work closely with students to help them grasp complex concepts, develop their coding skills, and prepare them for successful careers in the software industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach Programming Fundamentals: Deliver comprehensive training on programming fundamentals, including C, C++, Core Java, and Python, ensuring students build a strong foundation.
• Database Instruction: Provide in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL and PL-SQL, covering essential database concepts and practices.
• Frontend Development: Instruct students on frontend development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, focusing on creating responsive and interactive web applications.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the academic team to develop and update course materials, assignments, and projects that reflect industry standards and best practices.
• Student Support: Offer guidance and mentorship to students, helping them with doubts, project work, and career advice.
• Assessment: Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the curriculum remains current and relevant.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in C, C++, Core Java, and Python.
• Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and PL-SQL.
• Frontend Technologies: Experience with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching or training in the above-mentioned technologies is preferred but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Passion for Teaching: A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students, with a commitment to their success.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
