We are looking for qualified and enthusiastic tutors, particularly in Calculus, who are also willing to teach a range of math topics from 6th grade through college. This role provides a unique opportunity to be a crucial part of each student’s educational journey.
## Key Responsibilities
• Communicate professionally and promptly with students, clients, and team members.
• Assess students’ current understanding of subject matter.
• Create and implement customized lesson plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide clear and engaging instruction to facilitate learning.
• Monitor student progress and offer constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and relevant stakeholders to enhance student success.
• Manage your schedule effectively to accommodate student needs.

## Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• At least 3 years of professional tutoring experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of online tutoring experience.
• A fast, reliable internet connection.
• Ownership of a computer/laptop, stylus pen, and headphones.
• A professional, quiet environment for conducting tutoring sessions.
• A U.S.-based bank account and a valid Social Security Number (SSN).
• Strong subject matter expertise in the areas you will be teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with effective time management abilities.
• Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week, with 70% of your time during peak demand hours (Monday – Thursday, 3pm – 11pm Eastern).
