Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Client Relations and Review Management Specialist to follow up with our clients after service completion, ensure they are satisfied, and encourage them to leave positive reviews. This role will be vital in maintaining our online reputation and ensuring our clients are happy with their experience.
The Job is commission base only!!
Responsibilities:
– Follow up with clients via email, phone, or text to ensure they are satisfied with our services.
– Encourage clients to leave reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, or industry-specific review sites.
– Monitor online reviews and ensure timely responses to client feedback.
– Assist in resolving any client issues or concerns by escalating them to the appropriate team member.
– Track and report feedback trends and review performance.
– Maintain a customer database with accurate follow-up records.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
– Comfortable with phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and remotely.
– Experience in customer service or client relations is a plus but not required.
– Basic familiarity with online review platforms like Google Reviews, Yelp, etc.
– Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
