Remote Customer Service Representative

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to assist Virginia residents with Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF eligibility processes.

Key Responsibilities…
• Provide informed responses to inquiries regarding eligibility guidelines and policies
• Guide applicants through the Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF application processes
• Document interactions and process eligibility verification documents across multiple systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Call center experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with Medicaid, SNAP, or TANF programs is a plus (training provided
