Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement tailored training programs to address the diverse needs of end-users.
• Evaluate existing training materials and business processes to identify areas for enhancement.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to develop effective learning paths and engaging content.
• Create interactive training materials utilizing various formats, including videos, user guides, and gamified learning, while adhering to established learning theories and frameworks.
• Oversee the development and delivery of training sessions, including assessments and compliance tracking.
• Assess user adoption through metrics and feedback to ensure program success.
• Manage learning management systems (LMS) and devise strategies for the long-term sustainability of training initiatives.
Required Skills
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex information clearly and engagingly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and engineers.
• Proficient in MS Office and database software, with familiarity in contemporary learning management platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
• Eligible to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance.
• Over 4 years of experience in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Comprehensive understanding of the training lifecycle, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful training programs.
• Bachelor’s degree along with at least 7 total years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
