Responsibilities
– Educate students using various teaching methods to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the curriculum
– Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning atmosphere
– Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum
– Conduct standardized testing and assessments to evaluate student progress
– Provide individualized tutoring and support to students as needed
– Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and student progress
– Communicate effectively with administrators regarding student performance
– Utilize proofreading skills to assess and provide feedback on student work
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus
– Teaching certification/license in Elementary Education
– Proficiency in classroom technology and educational software
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
– Passion for working with children and fostering their academic growth
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.35 – $22.75 per hour
