# Position Overview
We are seeking qualified and passionate tutors with expertise in Geometry, as well as the ability to teach a variety of math topics from 6th grade through college level. This flexibility allows for an optimized schedule and maximized student support.
# Key Responsibilities
• Communicate professionally and promptly with students, clients, and team members.
• Assess and understand students’ needs to tailor personalized lesson plans.
• Deliver engaging, clear instruction to enhance the learning experience.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage your schedule to effectively meet student needs.
• Create and maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
# Requirements
• A strong passion for education and a desire to help students succeed.
• Flexibility in teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Professional communication skills with clients and team members.
• Proficiency with online tutoring tools and technology.
• Ability to connect and engage with students in a meaningful way.

# Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 years of professional tutoring experience, including at least 1 year of online tutoring.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer/laptop, stylus pen, and headphones.
• A suitable, quiet environment for conducting tutoring sessions.
• U.S.-based bank account and valid Social Security Number.
• Strong knowledge in the subjects you will be teaching.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week, with 70% of that time during peak hours (Monday – Thursday, 3pm – 11pm Eastern).
