Key Responsibilities:
Teach online psychology courses to high school students
Provide virtual behavioral interventions and support
Lead and coordinate online IEP meetings
Consult with teachers on classroom management strategies
Develop digital resources for students, parents, and staff
Conduct functional behavioral assessments virtually
Create and implement online behavior intervention plans
Facilitate virtual social skills groups
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support student success
Requirements:
Master’s degree in School Psychology
Teaching credential (preferred)
Experience in online education and virtual IEP processes
Strong knowledge of behavioral intervention techniques
Excellent project management and multitasking skills
Proficiency in online learning management systems
Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
Strong data analysis and report writing skills
Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual setting
