Were hiring a Special Education Teacher for the 2024-2025school year in Ohio. This is a full-time, remote position with a K-12 caseload, offering $35/hr. You will provide individualized instruction and support to students with special needs in a virtual classroom environment. VocoVision will assist you every step of the way in your journey to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality special education instruction to K-12 students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)
• Collaborate with parents, administrators, and other educators to ensure student success
• Adapt teaching strategies to suit the individual needs of students in a virtual setting
• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
Qualifications:
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field
• Active Special Education certification in Ohio
• Minimum of two years of experience working in special education (virtual teaching experience preferred)
• Ability to engage and manage students in a remote classroom environment
