We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Special Education Teacher to join our innovative remote teaching team. Key Responsibilities
Lead engaging instructional activities to foster a positive online learning environment.
Collaborate with educators, families, and students to promote educational equity and excellence.
Provide constructive feedback on student work and maintain proactive communication with families.
Uphold effective classroom management strategies in a virtual setting.
Tailor instructional delivery to meet the diverse needs of students, particularly those with Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Monitor and document progress towards IEP goals in compliance with educational standards.
Collaborate with colleagues to refine teaching strategies and enhance student outcomes.
Create an inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and fosters student empowerment.
Required Skills
Proven experience leading virtual instruction and a track record of driving positive student outcomes.
Strong understanding of IEP implementation and adaptability to diverse learning needs.
Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
Ability to build trusting relationships with students, families, and staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (required).
At least two years of special education teaching experience in a public school setting (required).
Minimum one year of experience in virtual special education teaching (required).
Certification in Special Education is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
Starting salary for virtual teachers begins at $60,260, commensurate with experience.
