We’re looking for a dedicated Remote School Psychology Instructor to teach psychology courses, provide behavioral support, and facilitate virtual IEP meetings.
Key… Responsibilities
Teach Psychology Courses: Deliver engaging and informative online psychology courses to high school students.
Provide Behavioral Support: Offer virtual behavioral interventions and support tailored to individual student needs.
Lead IEP Meetings: Facilitate and coordinate online IEP meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Consult on Classroom Management: Partner with teachers to develop and implement strategies for effective classroom management.
Develop Digital Resources: Create and update digital resources for students, parents, and staff to support educational goals.
Conduct Assessments: Perform functional behavioral assessments virtually to identify and address student needs.
Implement Behavior Plans: Design and execute online behavior intervention plans to support student success.
Facilitate Social Skills Groups: Lead virtual social skills groups to enhance students’ interpersonal skills.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
Requirements
Master’s degree in School Psychology.
Teaching credential (preferred).
Experience with online education and virtual IEP processes.
Strong knowledge of behavioral intervention techniques.
Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with online learning management systems.
Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.
Strong skills in data analysis and report writing.
Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual setting.
