Hourly Rate:
Up to $35 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, during school hours
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
Provide specialized instruction in accordance with each student’s IEP goals
Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Track and document student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (required)
Florida Special Education Teaching Certification (required)
Experience working with students with disabilities (preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to meet diverse student needs
