Position Details
Contract Type: 1099 contract
Caseload: Mild-moderate (2 openings: Elementary and High School)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, including indirect time)
Platform: HIPAA/FERPA compliant Zoom Plus application

Requirements
Master’s Degree in Special Education or a related field
Valid state certification as a Special Education Teacher
Minimum of two years of experience in a school setting (remote experience preferred)
Familiarity with online platforms such as Zoom or Teams
Reliable internet connection and a suitable computer setup for virtual work
Responsibilities
Provide online instruction for students with mild to moderate needs
Maintain accurate records, student data, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Facilitate virtual IEP meetings with parents and school staff
