Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student growth and development. This role involves planning engaging lessons, managing classroom behavior, and supporting the diverse needs of students. A strong background in childhood development and curriculum development is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing positive reinforcement strategies.
• Assess student progress through standardized testing and ongoing evaluations.
• Provide individualized support to students with special education needs.
• Engage in effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and classroom management strategies.
• Incorporate physical education activities to promote overall health and well-being among students.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom space that encourages exploration and learning.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in childcare or toddler care is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
• Proven skills in classroom management and behavior management techniques.
• Familiarity with curriculum development processes and educational standards.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those requiring special education support.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
• Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,360.00 – $54,838.00 per year
