What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Assist in implementing and monitoring IEP through group and individual instruction
• Supervise students in classes and community settings
• Integrate support services activities into the curriculum
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associates degree, 60 hours of college credits, WorkKeys, MTTC Basic Skills, or ETS preferred
• Experience working with students with disabilities
• Ability to work in a virtual online instructional setting
• Experience using behavior management strategies
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience with occupational training and community-based instruction
• Familiarity with “Non-Violent Crisis Intervention” techniques
• Ability to work autonomously with students in various community settings
