Growing With Grace Tutoring is a minority-owned, millennial-owned tutoring company in the heart of Cobb County, GA. We are looking for an energetic, upbeat, dedicated educator to work alongside us as an on-site, afterschool tutoring manager who can tutor and manage our Smyrna location.

• Must be a certified educator/teacher with teaching experience
• Must be knowledgeable in Kindergarten-5th grade math, reading, and writing content based on Georgia State Standards (Preschool and Pre-K ability is a plus)
• Must be available to manage and tutor at least 16 hours each week (Operation Hours: Monday-Thursday 4 pm-8 pm); Management Experience Preferred
• Available to conduct one-on-one, in-person tutoring sessions at our Smyrna, Georgia location
• Must be able to keep accurate data on student progress
Job Description:
• Manage a group of tutors with the help of a lead tutor
• Facilitate onboarding and training experiences for new hires
• Supervise new client consultations and answer questions for interested clients
• Communicate with parents and caregivers about students’ progress and parent concerns
• Minor upkeep of the tutoring facility
Start Date: Immediately
Hourly pay depends on experience and certifications. This is a part-time, contractor position and does not offer medical benefits or retirement plans.
