Role Description
This is a part-time tutoring role at Club Z! In-Home Tutoring Services located on the West Side of Indianapolis, IN with an immediate need for Middle School tutors. As a Tutor, you will provide one-on-one instruction to students in various subjects, assist with study skills and test preparation, and help students build academic confidence and reach their full potential. Compensaton up to $23.00/hour. Students could attend Avon, Brownsburg, Wayne or Pike Twp, or Tri West Hendricks schools.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in core subjects like reading, mathematics, science, and history
Experience in providing study skills guidance
Ability to conduct standardized test prep such as ACT and SAT as needed
Patience and empathy in working with students of all ages
Bachelor’s degree in Education, relevant subject area, or related field
Teaching certification is a plus
