Title of Position Upward Bound Tutor Department Upward Bound Hours per Week 10 Job Qualifications Upward Bound tutors will provide one-on-one and/or small group tutoring services to Upward Bound students (disadvantaged high school students). Position Description/ Job Duties Tutor Students on individual bases or in small groups. Develop tutoring plan with students to gauge academic progress through tutoring sessions. Maintain communication with Upward Bound staff and attend tutor training sessions. Tutors may be asked to drive 11 passenger vans if eligible (ability for extra hours). Preferred Availability Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and occasional Thursday. 3-4 hours per day. Additional Information
