Responsibilities…
Deliver engaging and interactive virtual English language lessons to students with varying proficiency levels.
Develop and implement instructional strategies that cater to the diverse needs of English language learners.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
Provide timely feedback and assessments to monitor student progress and address their learning needs.
Collaborate with colleagues and instructional support staff to enhance curriculum development and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, TESOL, ESL, or a related field.
Valid teaching certification/license (or eligibility to obtain certification).
Previous experience teaching English language learners is preferred.
Strong understanding of language acquisition principles and ESL teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using virtual learning platforms and technology tools for instructional delivery.
