Key Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized online instruction to students with exceptional needs
• Develop and implement virtual IEPs and behavior support plans
• Adapt curriculum and create accessible digital learning materials
• Conduct online assessments and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with families and school staff to support student success
• Facilitate virtual IEP meetings and parent conferences
• Stay current with special education laws and online teaching best practices
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Special Education
• Valid teaching license with exceptional children’s endorsement
• 3+ years of experience in special education
• Proficiency in using digital learning tools and assistive technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create engaging online learning experiences
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
