Full-Time School Psychologist – Virtual Need

As a Full-Time School Psychologist in Virginia, you’re not just supporting students; you’re guiding them through an educational adventure! Overview of Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual assessments to discover the unique aspects of students’ emotional and behavioral needs.
• Provide virtual counseling and support for students facing social and emotional challenges.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to create intervention plans as resilient.
• Offer guidance and resources to parents and caregivers, ensuring their young minds thrive emotionally.
• Engage in virtual meetings, contributing to the development of strategies that help students flourish and grow.
• Maintain detailed records (not a log cabin, but records) of your interactions and progress.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices to be the ultimate Kentucky Explorer.

Qualifications:
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure in Virginia.
• Proven experience providing counseling and social-emotional support to students.
• Strong virtual counseling and communication skills.
• A passion for helping students succeed socially and emotionally, with a touch of Virginia’s adventurous spirit.
