**Overview:** Trivium Charter School, a Personalized Learning Public Charter School, is seeking a dynamic and engaging Virtual Special Education Teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. As a 100% remote position, we require a teacher who is highly organized, comfortable with technology, and able to adapt to different student curricula and learning styles. **Responsibilities:**
•… Provide individual and group sessions for students with special needs
• Track and monitor student progress, collaborating with general education teachers to modify lessons as needed
• Implement and monitor behavior plans, and participate in the IEP process
• Work collaboratively with families to coach students on necessary skills to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Utilize technology to deliver instruction and communicate with students, parents, and colleagues
• *Qualifications:**
• Mild/Mod Single California teaching credential – preliminary or clear
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field
• Experience working with students with special needs
