Job Description:
VocoVision is seeking a skilled and compassionate Virtual Special Education Teacher to provide remote educational services to K-12 students in Wyoming. As a Virtual Special Education Teacher with VocoVision, you will deliver tailored instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they receive a high-quality education in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide virtual instruction and support to K-12 students with special education needs across Wyoming.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that are tailored to each student’s unique needs and educational goals.
• Create and deliver engaging, differentiated instructional materials to meet various learning styles and requirements.
• Conduct remote assessments to evaluate students’ progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other school staff to ensure a coordinated approach to student support and achievement.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress, assessments, and instructional activities.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Special Education Teacher in Wyoming.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Special Education Teacher; experience with virtual teaching preferred.
• Proficiency with virtual teaching tools and platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt instruction to a remote learning environment.
