About Framework Learn
Framework Learn provides virtual tutoring services to elementary, middle, and high school students across various math and ELA subjects. We are committed to providing high-quality academic support in a safe and engaging online environment.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions (up to 8 students)
• Conduct sessions ranging from 15 minutes to 1 hour in length
• Create a positive and interactive learning environment
• Effectively deliver engaging curriculum (provided by Framework)
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
• Administer assessments according to a pre-determined schedule
• Maintain professional communication… with the Framework Tutor Ops Team
What We’re Looking For
• Valid teaching license: Current and valid – expired licenses are not accepted
• US Residency: Must reside and work in the United States
• Technical Skills: Working computer, microphone, camera, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace
• Background Check: Ability to pass a federal level background check (may include fingerprinting)
• Online Proficiency: Experience utilizing online platforms and virtual teaching tools
• Prior Online Tutoring Experience: A plus
• Bilingual Abilities: A plus
