What You’ll Do…
Create Personalized Lessons: Design and deliver engaging online lessons tailored to the unique needs of students with disabilities.
Manage IEPs: Implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in a virtual setting, ensuring each student’s goals are met.
Utilize Digital Tools: Leverage innovative digital tools to create interactive and accessible content that enhances the learning experience.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with families and fellow educators to support student success and maintain open lines of communication.
Assess and Report: Conduct virtual assessments and provide regular updates on student progress.
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background: Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
Licensing: Current teaching license with a special education endorsement.
Experience: At least 4 years of experience in special education.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with online teaching platforms and assistive technologies.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
