Job Description:
The 11+ Examination Specialist will be responsible for:
Providing expert guidance and coaching to our tutors on the intricacies of the 11+ exams.
Collaborating with tutors to develop personalised learning plans tailored to each student’s individual needs and strengths.
Identifying and addressing any learning gaps or challenges students may face.
Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to tutors.
Keeping abreast of the latest 11+ exam trends and syllabus changes.
Sharing best practices and resources with tutors to enhance their teaching effectiveness.
English tutoring Responsibilities:
Provide personalised one-on-one tutoring in English, aligning with… the curriculum.
Assess students’ understanding, tailor tutoring plans to their needs, and offer clear explanations.
Use various engaging techniques, including real-life examples and technology, to aid learning.
Prepare students for exams, covering relevant topics and practicing past papers.
Collaborate with educators and maintain records for evaluation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in teaching or tutoring for the 11+ exams and English.
In-depth knowledge of the 11+ curriculum and assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
