The instructor will be responsible for teaching Criminal Justice courses during the day and night (face-to-face) and online…
Instructs and guides the class in an efficient and effective manner. Maintains accurate records of student work and attendance.
Prepares thoroughly for each instructional hour. Maintains a safe and orderly learning environment. Grades and returns student work in a timely manner.
Counsels’ students regarding their grades and progress in the course. Constructs classroom materials that support the goals of the course.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related area required; Master’s degree with 18 graduate level hours in Criminal Justice courses preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE :
Community College teaching experience and delivering instruction using Moodle (Learning Management System) are preferred.
On-the-job training provided.
SKILLS :
Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication.
