E01997 The Institute of Emerging Health Professions at Thomas Jefferson University is seeking content experts and adjunct faculty for a unique and innovative, fully online Bachelor of Science program in Health Insurance Management. The ideal candidate will have online teaching experience and professional experience in the health insurance industry and/or healthcare finance. • The successful candidate will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality education in the health insurance management field
• Develop course syllabi, lesson content, assignments, and assessments that align with program objectives and academic standards
• Foster an inclusive and interactive online learning environment that encourages critical thinking, collaboration, and innovation
• Provide timely feedback and constructive guidance to students to support their academic progress and professional development
• Stay current with industry trends, research findings, and best practices in health insurance management and integrate relevant information into course curriculum
• Collaborate with faculty and staff in the Institute of Emerging Health Professions to continuously improve the curriculum, instructional materials, and student learning outcomes

Qualifications
• The ideal candidate will have online teaching experience and professional experience in the health insurance industry and/or healthcare finance field.
• A graduate degree in the appropriate relevant field is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
• Flexibility to develop and/or teach accelerated 8-week online (mostly asynchronous).
