Adjunct Instructor – Remote | WFH

About Us

We are a national nonprofit organization dedicated to helping busy parents and caregivers support their children’s success both in school and beyond. We work closely with pediatric healthcare providers to bridge the gap between children’s health and educational needs, especially for families facing economic, cultural, or language barriers…

Through our innovative partnerships, primary care providers connect families with expert Navigators who offer personalized advice and support on school enrollment, special education, and other education-related challenges. We currently serve families in three regions and support over 500 families each year. In 2020, we were recognized as one of Fast Company’s 10 Most Innovative Companies in Education.
