Job Summary: Seeking dedicated and qualified Adjunct Instructors to join our team at the College of Innovative Professional and Graduate Studies. As an Adjunct Instructor, you can teach online and hybrid undergraduate and graduate courses. We seek individuals with expertise in various disciplines, including Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management, Leadership… Organizational Behavior, Law, English, Communications, Psychology, Social Work, and Technology (Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Analytics). Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality online/hybrid instruction using synchronous or asynchronous methods. Utilize best practices in teaching for online accelerated adult programs. Employ effective teaching strategies that accommodate diverse student abilities, levels of preparation, and cultural backgrounds. Perform additional duties related to assigned courses as required. Qualifications: For undergraduate courses, a Master’s or Doctorate in the relevant discipline is required, along with practical work experience in the course topic. Experience in synchronous or asynchronous teaching is highly desirable. An Ed. D. or Ph.D. in the relevant discipline and everyday practical work experience are preferred for graduate courses. A Master’s degree in the course discipline and substantive work experience in the associated career can be accepted. Multilingual skills highly preferred. Successful candidates should be committed to contributing to a climate that supports a diverse student body, serves first-generation college students, multilingual learners, and contributions to equity and social justice through their work. Compensation: This position is on a per-course agreement basis, with compensation varying based on the course level. Undergraduate courses are compensated at $2000 per course, while graduate courses are compensated at $2400 per course. Additional stipends may be available for course development work.
