**Overview:** J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College is seeking part-time adjunct teaching faculty-ranked appointments for its Criminal Justice and Administration of Justice programs. As an adjunct instructor, you will be responsible for teaching a variety of courses, including criminal justice and administration of justice, to a diverse student population. **Responsibilities:**
• Teach a variety… of criminal justice and administration of justice courses, including lectures, discussions, and laboratories
• Develop and implement curricula that align with the program’s learning outcomes
• Assess student learning and evaluate course effectiveness
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of program goals and objectives
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned
• *Qualifications:**
• Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Criminology, or a related field with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline
• Demonstrated ability to incorporate technology routinely into instructional and faculty responsibilities
• Teaching experience in the discipline is preferred
