Key Responsibilities:

Assessment and Planning:
• Evaluate children’s developmental levels and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education or service plans (IEPs/IFSPs).

Instruction and Support:
• Create and deliver tailored lesson plans and activities.
• Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Behavior Management:
• Implement strategies to manage and support behavior effectively.

Collaboration:
• Work with families and other professionals to enhance support and address concerns.

Documentation:
• Maintain records of student progress and prepare reports.

Professional Development:
• Engage in ongoing learning and training to stay current with best practices.

Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and confidentiality standards.

Must Have:
• VA Licensure/Credentials
