Role & Responsibilities:
Navigate through a enrollment flow to uncover the students needs, understand their concerns, and position Podium as a right choice for them to achieve their goals
Meet or exceed assigned daily outreach to prospective students via phone, email, and SMS
Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the enrollment advisory role
Qualifications
1+ years experience as a SDR, BDR or in a retail or service job
Amazing communication skills to passionately and clearly articulate the value of Podiums Global Tech Experience
You have a high degree of resilience and grit
You possess a growth mindset; you never back down from a challenge
Your work ethic is unmatched – anything you dont know youll make up with hard work.
Youre extremely coachable and willing to receive and implement feedback
