What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Deliver course content and assessments in alignment with university learning objectives and course outlines
• Maintain an engaged classroom presence and provide timely responses to student inquiries
• Support student learning through coaching, tutoring, and identifying additional resources
• Attend faculty meetings and university events to stay updated on instructional standards and course developments
• Instruct in both physical and online environments, adapting to technology changes as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Master’s degree or higher in Liberal Arts/Humanities or a related area
• Current (within 3 years) relevant professional experience in teaching and/or scholarship
• Minimum of 5 years of professional/teaching experience in a related area, with some experience within the last 5 years
• Degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
• Familiarity with adult education teaching and learning theories

• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite programs
