Qualifications, Credentials, and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Enrolled in an LUO graduate or post graduate-level degree program OR has an earned graduate or post-graduate degree from an accredited institution AND at least one earned degree from a Liberty Online program
2. U.S. Citizen with a permanent U.S. residence
3. 3.5 graduate level GPA or higher
4. Willing to work year round
5. Own computer equipped with Windows 10 or higher or a recent Mac operating system, microphone, headset or speakers, and recent version of MS Word
6. Strong in-home internet connection
7. Excellent writing, grammar, and people skills
8. Ability to learn technology quickly
9. Knowledge of how to use MS Word well
10. Ability to work well under pressure, follow written instructions, and take initiative when needed
11. Strong sense of self-discipline and good time management skills
12. Desire to help other students succeed
13. Extensive understanding of the newest editions of APA alone or APA and Turabian formatting or expertise in Turabian or AMA formats with a willingness to thoroughly learn APA
