This is a contract remote role for a CLASS Pre-3 Observer and Coach. The role involves observing and coaching educators on effective teaching practices, providing feedback, and supporting professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
• Experience in early childhood education
• Familiarity and certification with the CLASS observation tool and the CLASS Environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and support to educators
• Capability to work independently and remotely
Job Description
As a contracted coach you will travel to Early Education schools and preschools in Southern California to coach/mentor preschool teacher using the CLASS Prek-3 tool, Behavior Management guidelines and developmentally appropriate practices. You will also conduct CLASS cycles and observations in the classrooms
