Position Overview: Substitute Teacher/Assistant
We recognize that education encompasses more than academics; it’s about nurturing the whole child. As a Substitute Teacher/Assistant, you play a pivotal role in maintaining our students’ academic progress during teachers’ absences or while assisting remote instruction. Your responsibilities include stepping into the classroom seamlessly, ensuring a consistent standard of high-quality instruction, and upholding professionalism throughout the school day.
Requirements
A minimum of two years of college coursework (equivalent to 60 semester credit hours)
Previous classroom experience or experience working with children in a structured environment
Strong communication and computer skills
Satisfactory background check, including references and fingerprinting clearance
