What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Provide Tier 1 instruction in a blended learning setting
– Provide small group and individual support to students
– Maintain accurate documentation of support for all students, including students with IEP’s and 504 plans
– Plan interventions and mini lessons to teach Louisiana State Standards
– Assist with testing, school activities, and other events
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Must report in person for assistance with testing, school activities, and other events
– Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
– Knowledge of Louisiana State Standards
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to effectively engage and support diverse student populations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Previous experience in virtual teaching or blended learning environments
– Master’s degree in Education or related field
– Familiarity with online learning platforms and technology
