Responsibilities include:
The Summer Assistant will work with CEI’s Arts Education Department on a project that will involve the ordering and inventorying of art and music supplies for teachers implementing arts-integrated projects nationally. This individual will be responsible for assisting with:
• Setting up and organizing the supply facility
• Ordering and receiving supplies
• Logging the supplies in an inventory spreadsheet
• Tracking expenses and updating the supplies budget
Skills required:
• Strong organizational skills
• Expertise with Google Sheets
• Experience with budgets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise with all Google Suite applications (drive, docs, sheets, forms, slides)
Qualifications:
• BA or BS degree
• One year minimum of admin experience using spreadsheets
Position:
• Employment: W9 Contractor
• Job Type: Temporary through Sept, 30, 2024
• Start Date: Immediate
• Work: In-Person at Bronx Warehouse Facility and sometimes Remote
• Schedule: Monday–Friday – 9AM-5PM (one hour lunch)
• Pay: $20 per hour, 35 hours per week
