What You’ll Do
Spark Curiosity: Lead engaging weekly virtual sessions using platforms like Zoom, and enrich learning with virtual field trips and monthly virtual gatherings.
Support Student Success: Grade assignments, update records, and assist students in developing personalized educational plans.
Communicate & Connect: Maintain regular communication with students, families, and team leaders through various channels.
Stay Organized: Keep detailed online activity logs and participate in enjoyable team meetings.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Certification: You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field and hold a valid teaching certification (Michigan preferred, or willingness to obtain within 2 months of hire).
Virtual Experience: Proven experience in virtual teaching and adept at managing online classrooms.

What We Offer
Hourly Pay Rate: $22.81 per hour based on standard teaching credentials.
Flexible Work Environment: Work remotely from anywhere within Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones with reliable internet access.
Required Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM-3PM EST.
