Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (including a 2-hour lunch break)
• Teaching Hours: 13-14 hours per week
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: 14,500 – 21,000 RMB per month
• Housing Allowance: 3,000 – 5,000 RMB per month (based on experience and qualifications)
• Performance Bonus: 500 – 1,000 RMB per month
• Attendance Bonus: 600 RMB per month
• Management Allowance: Up to 4,000 RMB per month (dependent on management duties)
• Contract Renewal Bonus: 2,000 – 5,000 RMB per year (based on experience and length of renewal)

Who We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• TEFL or TESOL certification required (or higher)
• Ideally, 2 years of teaching experience

Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
• Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
• Write monthly communication updates to parents.
• Create an engaging classroom environment.
• Prepare lesson plans and materials.
• Attend school-wide events and activities.
• Follow school rules and maintain a safe environment.
Academic Duties:
• Teach using the curriculum provided.
• Follow the teaching schedule.
• Prepare thoroughly before class.
• Discipline constructively.
• Collaborate on student progress and solutions.
• Facilitate social interactions and address parent concerns.
Promotions & Recruitment:
• Accept trial students as needed.
• Assist with marketing and demonstration lessons.
• Participate in school events and activities.
