Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective online teaching strategies for students with learning disabilities
• Create and manage digital IEPs and learning plans
• Provide specialized instruction in core academic areas
• Administer and interpret virtual assessments
• Collaborate with general education teachers on accommodations and modifications
• Maintain regular communication with students and families
• Participate in professional learning communities and virtual staff meetings
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (Master’s preferred)
• Valid teaching license with learning disabilities endorsement
• Minimum 2 years of experience in special education
• Proficiency in assistive technology and virtual learning platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction in an online environment
• Patience and dedication to student success
