Requirements…
– English proficiency level must be at least C1, native or non-native.
– Bachelor’s degree in English, Education or related field
– Experience teaching English as a second language to adults preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Experience living or working abroad
Responsibilities:
– Teach English online to students of varying levels and backgrounds, including but not limited to Russian-speaking ones
– Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that align with Redu’s unique teaching method (training and mentoring provided) and the needs of individual students
– Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills
– Continuously assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure student success
– Collaborate with other teachers and mentors to improve teaching practices and student outcomes

– Decent compensation: from $15 to $50 an hour
