Overview:
Full-time/ Part-time positions available
Fully Remote- Work from home
Caseloads range from PreK-Transitional
Resource, Self Contained, Case Management roles
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, individualized instruction and support to students with IEPs and 504s through our teletherapy platform.
Develop and implement customized educational plans and strategies tailored to each students unique needs.
Collaborate with students, families, and other educational professionals to ensure effective communication and progress tracking.
Utilize virtual tools and resources to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Valid Special Education teaching certification through the state of residency and state of work’s department of education.
Proven experience working with students with special needs, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
Strong proficiency with digital tools and teletherapy platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Requirements:
Contractors are required to secure professional liability insurance before the start of their assignment.
Candidates should be comfortable with the nature of the role as an independent contractor (1099).
All applicants must successfully complete a technical screening to verify Wi-Fi and download speeds, as well as proficiency with Zoom.
