About The Role
As a nursing faculty member, you will play a crucial role in guiding nursing students as they develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed for safe and effective patient care. You will create engaging learning environments that support cognitive, emotional, and practical outcomes, and contribute to students’ professional development and socialization. Your role will also involve:
Facilitating dynamic and interactive learning experiences.
Assessing and evaluating student performance and progress.
Participating in curriculum design and program development.
Leading efforts for continuous improvement in nursing education.
Demonstrating excellence in both teaching and nursing practice.
