Cartus is a global relocation company. We help Fortune 500 businesses to relocate employees and their families. Cartus supports clients in over 190 countries.
One of the many relocation services we provide is language training. Currently we have a need for an experienced English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher to deliver in-person English lessons to a youth learner in Forsyth, Illinois, USA… You will work with Cartus as a freelancer. There is the potential for you to receive additional assignments.
As an ESL Teacher, you will play a vital role in helping students improve their English language skills and achieve their language learning goals.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field
– ESL teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) preferred
– Proven experience in teaching English as a Second Language to non-native speakers
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Cultural sensitivity and awareness
– Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
