Position: Full-Time Special Education Teacher

Blazerworks is excited to partner with the North St. Paul School District to hire a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. We are seeking a passionate educator who is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with special education requirements.

Position Details:
• Type: Full-Time
• School Year: 2024-2025
• Location: North St. Paul, MN
• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure students’ success in both academic and social-emotional growth.
• Adapt instructional materials and teaching methods to meet the needs of students with varying learning styles.
• Assess students’ progress regularly and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of student performance and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education (or related field).
• Valid Special Education teaching license for the state of Minnesota.
• Experience with various disabilities and proficiency in implementing different teaching strategies to support diverse learners.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
