Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our network for the entire school year. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for an individual who excels in a virtual environment and is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning experience for students with special needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, individualized instruction and support to students with special needs through our teletherapy platform.
• Develop and implement customized educational plans and strategies tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with students, families, and other educational professionals to ensure effective communication and progress tracking.
• Utilize virtual tools and resources to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Valid Nebraska Special Education teaching certification.
• Proven experience working with students with special needs, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools and teletherapy platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Requirements:
• Contractors are required to secure both general and professional liability insurance.
